Does anyone have any Tyco Kitty Kitty Kittens they’d like to get rid of? I’ll offer $10/kitty to anyone who does! They are small plush kittens with a rattle in their head and when you tilt their heads from side to side, it sounds like they are purring. They were made by Tyco and later by another company called DSI who put “water balloons” in their bellies to make them feel like real kitties. These with ‘water balloons” were recalled because the water must not have been purified, and if punctured, the water was sometimes found to be moldy and thusly a health hazard.Ive got 2 or 3 from when I was a kid, but would love to add more-as long as they are in good shape, the only ones I have are a white fluffy one, a calico and a snow leopard.
Wow, I remember these! I had two of them, the black and white one pictured and a gray one I believe (which I don’t see in the pictures).
I know I still have them too, just in the attic somewhere. Ah, the memories 😀I used to have one, but I think it would be in terrible shape now. I don’t even remember the color. :scratch:
!! I had one of these, or my sister did… I can’t remember. I know it was loved well though and is probably pretty ratty, else I’d look for it for you.

I still have a bunch of Furrever friends too. The ones with the super long tails. I think I still have my Purrtenders too all packed away in rubbermaid totes. Oh man…. I have so many old plushies form the 80s now that I think about it. Oh! Remember Pixie tails, Curly kittens, and Fairy Tales? I have tons of them too. They were like the cat and bird versions of My Little Ponies.
