I don’t really want to report to Vero 🙄Wow, that’s pretty blatant, but at least you get credit for the photo. Too bad most people won’t know that’s NOT the person selling it OR the exact item they will get. That’s pretty damn rude. You could report it to ebay or just try asking the person to take it down and replace it with one of their own.

My art: featherdust.comI did alredy contacted her about the pic and asked where she got it but I have yet to tell her it’s mine. I want to know where she got it in case it’s on a website for stock photography and I didn’t put it there. Once she replies I’ll ask her to remove it. I’ll give her till tomorrow night to do it.

Personally, I want to see the actual item I’m getting. I was in that position not too long ago; didn’t have a digital camera and would have to wait to get film developed but still, if you’re going to use someone else’s photo–it doesn’t hurt to ask and then give them the photo credit. It’s the decent thing to do! 😡

If I get hate mail then it’s right away.Another big problem with using your photo is you have two cats with two different gem colors AND coloring styles. Also, like LadyFireBird said, I’d rather see a photo of what I will be receiving.
If they fail to respond to you, I say go with what Jen said.Well no responce from the seller and the pic is still up….I just faxed the report to the VeRO program at eBay.
🙁 It sucks I didn’t want it to go that far but hey all I ask is for them to get permission first.
If any of you ever need to use any of my photography please just ask and I’ll probable grant it. 🙂
