So the boyohs ran in freezing, snowing sideways, cold, Cold, COLD!!! but they did really well, if i do say so myownself! Sean placed 4th over all with a time of 8 min. 31 seconds and Ethan placed 34th with a time of 10 min. 21 seconds. Both me boyohs have managed to shave about 2 min. off their time from the begining of the season!

The course they ran was 1.65 miles… Their next meet is Saturday the 11th – I hope it’s not so cold *wishful thinking on my part* 😆

High schoolers still run waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long distances – middle schoolers run shorter distances. It’s in an effort to strengthen still growing bodies and increase lung function – our teams run together since we’re such an itty bitty town (less than 3,000 people) We do have an advantage of training at altitude though – Soda Springs sits at 5,774 feet or higher depending on the run so when he race flat landers we do have an advantage…
