I have been watching a windstone on e-bay from the seller ‘angeldragon’ a few days ago I pointed out some damage on the dragon that was not disclosed in the auction. They seemed semi-polite and said thank you, then when I went to bid at the last minute was told my bid was blocked. Not the type of honest person I’d like to do business with.

August 18, 2009 at 12:39 am #780167Are you talking about the Emerald Coiled Mother? The seller mentioned the broken horn, but I don’t see anything else. What am I missing? 😕
August 18, 2009 at 1:54 am #780168Ya if you were talking about the emerald coiled mother I also emailed them about the broken eyebrow and they added something onto the auction telling everyone about it. Is that the one you were talking about? They were pretty nice to me even though I was just pointing out the flaw in the piece.
August 18, 2009 at 2:16 am #780169Ah, yes. I see it in the last picture, particularly when doing the enlargement. It looks like the color doesn’t quite match either. However they did put in a nice paragraph about it at the end of the listing, and a “thank you” to the person pointing it out. 🙂
August 18, 2009 at 4:34 am #780170yes that’s the one. Her ‘eyelid’ is smashed off in addition to the horn, and I pointed out that collector’s would not call painting over that a ‘good quality repair’ as they called it.

August 20, 2009 at 11:11 pm #780173I may have to add a seller to this list; I think I just got screwed. 🙁
I’ve been waiting for my package to arrive… and just went back to check her feedback (it was fine when I bid). Now she has a new one that says the previous buyer never received their item. *heads are gonna roll* 👿
August 20, 2009 at 11:36 pm #780174Uh oh! What did you buy bayoudragon???

August 21, 2009 at 2:51 am #780176Oh no Bayou! And just after you had the trouble with that store and the Oriental Dragon. I hope you get better results this time!
August 21, 2009 at 3:06 am #780177An old green mother. Been wanting one for a while. 🙁
I paid on the 3rd… I’m going to e-mail her (nicely) and see what happens from there. I’m not exactly having the best week… thank goodness for drag0nfeather’s packages… or the week would have been a complete waste. 😆
We’ll see…
August 21, 2009 at 3:27 am #780178I’ve happen to me a few times with ebay purchases. Sometimes it feels like you need to light a fire under the sellers butt to get them to ship out your item. I know as soon as one of my items get a bid, I box it up and get it ready to ship. It’s just being considerate to the buyer to get thier item out to them as soon as possible. Granted, stuff can happen – family emergencies and what not. I’m curious, has the buyer contacted you since your purchase? That’s another pet peeve of mine. Sellers that don’t respond. But I can go on and on…
