Interested in buying or trading for: GB Pebble Sitting Red Fox in dark grey, Lap Dragon Test Paints (Water Sprite, Glacial Pearl, Opulence, Pastel Rainbow, and many others - see my Classifieds ad), Blue Morpho OW, GB Pebble Loaf dragons in blue/aqua/teal, and Griffin Test Paints (Black Rainbow or Frosted Jade).
I go there periodically and edit my entry, and today I noticed that a lot of people still have squeaks up for things that have been produced, such as Pink lap dragons and Black Gold OWs, so I started wondering if anyone besides me actually maintains their post there.
If I’m the only one who clears out old stuff and updates, does Melody bother to re-read it periodically? If no one ever changes their squeaks, I wouldn’t blame her for not checking that thread anymore. (Maybe I should ask her about it… Maybe if lots of people promise to update before I ask, it would give her a reason to start going there again if she’s stopped?)
It just doesn’t seem nice to make her wade through outdated lists and try to weed out the “already-done”s when she’s already going out of her way to make a place where we can squeak for stuff!

I edit mine there occassionally when I remember. Your post puts me on the defensive though. Some people might still be squeaking for things that are out of stock (aren’t the Pink Laps out of stock?)? Which is legitimate. And some members might have just forgotten about the thread and that’s why they haven’t updated it; not because they were trying to give Melody a headache or be mean to her. Asking people to update their post is a great idea (but trying to shame or scold anyone for not having done that all along seems a little… umm… uncool…). But it’s good that you brought the issue up to act as a reminder 🙂
I edit mine on a consistent basis; I think it’s been edited 13 times in total! And I only have two items on it right now.
I asked for pink laps and beagle griffins, but they are out of stock. I am still hoping for more beagle babies, so I left those up there. I did take the pink lap off.
