I got no bids on my ebay auction. Good thing it was a free listing. 😛 But does anybody want my amethyst curlie? If you like purple… he is… very purple! He’ll be sent with his fuzzy friend! I’ll reduce the price to $99.99 (that means no customs or duty fees to USA or Canada!) and shipping of only $10 extra?

It’s because of the insurance. 🙁 To insure a package worth more than $100 I have to send it ‘expedited’ even though it is still small. If it was worth less than $100, I could ship the same package for under $10 as a ‘small packet’.

April 19, 2009 at 1:41 am #759498so what would be your total asking price if somebody was willing for you not to insure it, and send it as a small packet? I got mine for a little under 56.00 including shipping, so 99.00 still seems awfully steep, especially with another batch coming out soon. 😕

Hmm. The little curlie cost me a total of ($50, +$6+$13) (cost, shipping, duty fees)… total of $69. So the minimum I could accept for it would be that, plus $10 for shipping. $80. =/

Remember that Thunderwing is in Canada and thus had to pay extra in duty fees/customs and shipping, which add up sadly!
Oops! Thunderwing beat me to it. 😉
