The emps always have more color variation on them than the smaller sculpts.
March 2, 2009 at 12:17 pm #753069😮 Really?
First time I see one like this. :scratch:March 2, 2009 at 1:15 pm #753070Oh wow, he’s really got a lot of purples on him. No wonder the seller thinks he’s a Peacock.
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

March 2, 2009 at 2:13 pm #753072I saw him the other night, and also wondered if he was a snazzed up old green Emperor. He is so beautiful!
March 2, 2009 at 4:35 pm #753073That’s a gorgeous green emperor!

March 2, 2009 at 5:33 pm #753075Wow he’s pretty… too bad I don’t have the funds to justify him (rent needs to be paid it does it does).
March 2, 2009 at 7:13 pm #753076That’s a really pretty old green emp! I have seen them with both interference blue and violet. The photos of this guy may be shot in a way that it’s brighter than usual photos are. It looks like sunlight. Notice the strong shadow and color of the light. Indoors he might look totally different. The only way to find out is to ask teh seller for photos of him inside or with different lighting. 🙂
One of the problems of photographing Windstones is how different they look in different lighting.

My art: featherdust.comMarch 2, 2009 at 7:25 pm #753077When I first looked at that I also thought it was a repainted peacock. It is lovely though
March 2, 2009 at 10:48 pm #753078He is Stunning…I know that mine looks different outside and inside, so I agree with Jennifer, I think it all just depends on how and where the picture was taken… 🙂
