I was wondering which items in the store listed as limited production and currently out of stock will not be refilled. My main question is involving the tan female gryphon without the barred wings, will their be any more? also what about the spotted gryphons??. Thanks!!
Really I can’t figure it out myself…limited production could mean there will be no more..but since Windstone decides just how limited it is..it could be possible to see a restock….at least I hope so 😉
The tan griffin with and without barred wings is long retired. The wolf griffin is the current brownish piece, and I believe they are in stock.
She won’t be re-releasing the tan griffin. You’ll have to look on ebay or craigslist.

I know some members who wanted one, but didn’t get one. Susie said for those members to get on the “waiting list”(more like an “alert list”). Windstone may have decided not to paint anymore since then (we’ll find out from Melody once she reads this), but maybe if their is enough members on the waiting list Windstone will see the interest in them and maybe paint another batch (Here’s to hoping!).

Limited production means that they are pieces that are made in small batches, so we will run out , but we will probably be making more of them in the future. We probably will make more tan female griffins. The tan males, however are retired for good.
I will paint more spotted griffins too, if there are enough squeaks for them.Oh Melody, you said you’d do the Blackfire in limited (kyrin told me. lol ) Does that mean you’ll make enough for all of us who want one? 😳

Has Windsrone ever tried taking pre-orders ? That would help figure out how much interest there is in certain pieces instead of making too much or too little wouldn’t it ?

I know that Susie has started doing waiting list a while back for pieces which are out of stock in the store and I think those may be used for production numbers of certain pieces… 🙂 and also give them an idea of how many to make… 🙂
