OK so I got a BIG package from Windstone today!!
Yes it was the OW!! Yeah!!
BUT!!!! I opened the box and there was no inter box. Nothing but bubble wrap with the large bubbles???
I KNOW that when I got my Golf Leaf OW a couple winters ago he had his own inter box with the inserts??
Did they get rid of the insert boxes for OW’s??
i still have ALL my boxes for the Windstones that came in boxes. I keep them in case I move againWe don’t have any inserts right now for any newly packaged pieces because we don’t have the insert stamping machine set up. Instead, we’ve been using a TON of bubble wrap… it’s either that, or put off selling new items until we have the space cleared out and have found the machine.
Can I get the right box shipped later?
I know you don’t normally SELL boxes but this one was shipped direct from you guys???I’m worried about the safety of the dragon with 4 cats in the house. It could get scratched, bumped or any number of things if not packed correctly. Knowing my luck
I will have to double-check with Susie, but I don’t see why we couldn’t send you a box later. Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to email her so she has you on file.

I will also call her on Monday. I have not lost *knock on wood* a Windstone from under my care yet, (they have come to me that way but that is another story) and this one is WAY too special to have anything happen to it
