Did you send them a reminder? If you did, did they respond?
Do you have it specified anywhere in the auction that they have a certain amount of days to pay?
I would start by sending a reminder.
If you do have the date limit for payment specified and you sent a reminder…then I think you should be thinking of opening an unpaid dispute if they didn’t respond.
But then again this is the holidays and they might be away. 😕

Ebay allows 7 days before you can file a dispute so I’d go for it. You’re way past the minimum to file. Then if there is no contact for another 7 days after the dispute is filed then you get your listing fee back and you can resell it or give a second chance offer to the next highest bidder if they want it. Plus the non paying bidder will get an unpiaid item strike. Once they have 3 they get booted off of ebay.

Thanks all for the info!!:) They came through yesterday. I wanted to give them time because I know everyone gets crazy around holiday time.. just wanted to get an idea on how long was too long..
