I didn’t keep a close enough eye on these auctions. Does anyone remember what these were going for? Is it a reasonable asking price or are they way off the mark? Any help would be appreciated.

December 2, 2008 at 11:28 pm #743763This one was a limited edition from Olympia limited to 10 I got number 10 and the last bid I had to outbid was $888.88
Since they are no longer available $800 actually seems sort of low to me
They where selling at the low sales time for Windstone from the economy
I hoped it would go for about $650 but waited until the last minute and got hit with the big price tag
It is an AWESOME piece in person, if that helps
December 3, 2008 at 1:11 am #743764I don’t remember what I paid for mine, but I think it was around $600
I got number 1 though 😉

😉 From the database: Oriental Sun Dragon (Pearl Gold)#1 sold 12/10/2007 for $611.00 on ebay .December 3, 2008 at 2:33 am #743766pegasi1978 wrote:drag0nfeathers wrote:I don’t remember what I paid for mine, but I think it was around $600

But since ther are no more and MOST are with big time collectors $800 does not seem to far out of line to meDecember 3, 2008 at 6:26 am #743767Sounds decent enough, considering there’s no more being made. He sure is a pretty dragon.

December 4, 2008 at 2:48 am #743771I got #3 for a reasonable price but I also paid in the $700’s for the bronze gold and the winter blue and in the mid $800’s for the dark green and adding in the California sales tax I had to pay at the time, it shoved it into the $900’s. I’m amazed that that sun has even come on the market at all at any price. It is unlikely another one will come on the market again soon, although with the economy the way it is, who knows? If you want it, I would suggest that you get it or at least offer for it. It’s an unusual offering. Just my opinion.
December 5, 2008 at 12:06 am #743772I put in an offer. Thanks for the advice. I appreciate all the inputs.
