Is it wrong to get that strong sense of self gratification to totally catch someone RED HANDED in a lie? Especially when it involves fraud! Tee hee hee!!! 😆
Anyway, not only is this me with a little self indulging, chest puffing, but also a word to anyone who does business on ebay. ALWAYS PUT DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ON YOUR PACKAGES! It’s like 30 cents and TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE! Especially when people file fraudulent claims thru Paypal against you and you can just whip that delivery confirmation slip in their face saying “Oh really? That’s funny, because according to this YOU GOT IT AT 2:46 PM eastern standard time on December 1st hand delivered right at your address! Booyea!” You’re a liar and a dumb one at that! LOL!
ahhh….. okay. I’m done. It’s just this particular person stood me up for 2-3 weeks on payment while I waited patiently listening to excuses, then they pull this? I was pretty irritated. Anyway, I got my money back! 😛
*oh, and no worries, this didn’t involve a forum member in the least. Just a random ebay sale*
So moral of the story! Add delivery confirmation on your packages even if you have to pay for it. It’s very rewarding when your not dealing with honest people! Protect yourself! 😉
Also, I wanted to use some of these new fun smilies!!
Take that Liar! :spank:
You make me wanna :puke:
I’m totally cracking myself up over here XD
Oh yea, these are the posts you read from me when I work two 18 hour days back to back!
😈 <— das meee!!! Overtired and overworked meeeeeeee!

December 2, 2008 at 6:01 am #743717Drag0n, you’re funny. I’m glad you didn’t lose out on the transaction. 😉
December 2, 2008 at 6:18 am #743718I bought some shirts from this one company that I have done buisness with several times before… well the package didn’t show when it was suppost to so I contacted the company and the confirmation # stated to them that it was delieved. They gave me the number and I had the post office here run it and they said it was delievered, then mis-delievered…
🙄
But within a few days of having the post office run that number (and not doing it off their website) I recieved my shirts. I am sure if I didn’t that someone else would have ended up with my goods.
Just my 2 cents that confirmation numbers are a Good Thing! 😀 I get them everytime that I send a package!
December 2, 2008 at 6:22 am #743719Anyone can make a mistake, but blatantly lying in the hopes of having one’s cake and eating it too – that’s just wrong.
December 3, 2008 at 12:43 am #743720Yes! Good call!

yes they are good.. because I had something to be delivered to me.. and the mailman never delivered it.. but scanned that it was delivered.. so I went to the post office and they had to look all over for it.. and they said they’d call me.. I went home to wait.. and about 5 min later the mail man pulled up with the box saying he delivered it to a different street with the same house number…
I really didn’t have time to go pick it up.. so I think he just left it in the truck or something and didn’t carry it with him
December 3, 2008 at 4:20 am #743722Yep. I put it on everything, if possible. It’s also nice to give to the buyer, so they can track their packages themselves. And think twice about even bothering to file a fraudulent claim against me. 😀
Good for you, drag0n.
December 3, 2008 at 5:58 pm #743723The nice thing is if you print your shipping label off of Paypal, they will give you delivery confirmation free in most cases =D
December 3, 2008 at 7:31 pm #743724Yup, I refuse to send anything off without a tracking number now. Was burned once, never again.
