Rainbow Fish Dragon up for offers.

I tried a new technique with the interference on this so it is very colorful! the camera gave it a very monotonish blue when it has blues, purples and greens, with all sorts of interference over it. He if the cleanest looking one so far i think.

man DM, you asked this on the last one I sold and I replied with an explanation.

I have a california sellers permit.

If you think or understand that you have to have an official business to charge sales tax, please go look up the code to the ordanince that says that in the BOA california website and link it back to me so i can read it please.

Technically in many states (not all, but many of them) anything you sell to someone in the same state, you should collect and report sales tax. There are exceptions such as things like yard sales, but if you regularly sell items then yes, sales tax and you must have a permit to do so. I have to get temporary ones, for example, for every show or convention I sell at even if it is out of state.

Do you know what the IRS defines an “Official Business” as?

It used to be if you made more than $400 per year on sales. But that was about 20 years ago. It may be a higher amount now.

Oh, I love this guy so much, but can’t do it if I’m going to do the Dragon Festival 😕 I love his colors. Since there is already a bid or two in on him, I’m sure he’ll go to a home where he will be loved and appreciated. 🙂
