cream of assparagus soup recipe

so i did my research asked question and found this wounder full recipe!! 😀 it’s pretty easy but you don’t have to fallow all of it to the book. i don’t have a blender or food processor that the recipe calls for. so to kinda of compensate for this certain lack i simmered the onion shallot asparagus skin and asparagus heart longer than what the recipe called for. it’s very easy the longest part is just the food prep i added mushrooms to. 😀 😀 it was a definite success!!
