how much time do you spend during a day drawing, painting, sculpting, creating? And do your children like to involved and help? Mine did and do and Sean is bound and determined to be an artist like James C. Christensen or a sculptor like Melody!! (but Roddy, daddy keeps trying to nudged him into a job ‘that pays’.. 🙄 )

lol…well…it’s hard to say how many hours a day I do art…because it’s mixed in with diaper changes, sweeping, vacuming, doing dishes…momstuffs… I do know that there’s no real end to an artist’s work day…I’m often still sketching or sculpting at one am because I had some goal or idea I wanted out by bedtime. I can guarantee its more than the standard 8hr workday!
The kids often get involved…I like to print out dragon or griffin sketches for them to color…or I give them blobs of clay to play with while I work. They also get to paint my bad castings…so I have dragonsnails and other odds and ends painted by them around the house as well. 😀
