I have posted before about the mail lady dumping my Windstone orders on the trash can. I asked her nicely to please but boxes in the barn(the trash cans are outside the barn right next to the doorway)
Lately she has been throwing packages into the barn. They were only supplements so nothing was broken but I called the post master to let him know.
Well I had just ordered some stuff from ebay, a backpack, necklace, and Smashing Pumpkin tickets. They all happened to arrive the same day. Well I noticed yesterday we didn’t get any mail in our box which was odd.
Make a long story Short I found my packages today between the trash cans and soaking wet because it rained last nite. My Smashing Pumpkin tickets are ruined! I dont think the concert Hall will take them because you can’t read them. I am so upset right now. The Smashing Pumpkins are one of my favorite bands 😥

Needless to say I am very upset at the mail lady and I am afraid to have items come through the mail now.I’d call the post master right now and have a cow. That is totally unacceptable and if she is deliberately doing this because she has some kind of issue with you from past complaints, I would bring that possibility up with her supervisor as well, and then state that you would like a new mail person in the future, I would also demand they replace the tickets, since leaving your mail out in the rain is inexcusable.
I’d also call the concert hall and tell them what happened and see if they can help.

If you continue to complain, can you get a new mail lady? Sorry about your tickets! Can you get replacements from the vendor if you explain the situation?

Needless to say I am very upset at the mail lady and I am afraid to have items come through the mail now.that’s when you go to the post office and give them your address… and demand to talk to your carrier’s supervisor… and let them know you want it fixed… it would be up to the post office to replace those tickets… throw a huge fit if you have to… and tell them if they don’t want to do anything about it… you want to speak to the post master for your area..
but the supervisor should be able to get something done.. I had a complaint about our postal carrier… because he wouldn’t carry any packages.. and he would just leave a drop tag and take all the packages back to the post office… so I talked to his supervisor… and when he got back to the post office that evening with all the packages he didn’t deliver… he was relieved of his job.. and the supervisor delivered all the packages that evening..
even if it is the government… it’s still a job they are supposed to do… and do it properly…
I had the same problem with packages. Our LC’s (letter carriers) don’t take anything with them that is over 4 lbs or a certain size, instead the UEA (contractors) bring them in a separate truck. Ours would walk in, stick the tags on the box, and return all the packages to the depot.
I called and complained and was told they were losing their contract later that year, so all is well.
As I mentioned in another thread, today the UEA actually went up to our 16th floor to deliver Jen’s books! Scary.
Yes I agree it’s totaly unacceptable and you have to complain higher up. She might get transfered or if there are more complaints againts her get fired!
She deserves it since it’s not professional and totaly irresponsible! 😡Snapdragon wrote:Scary.

thats awful i would wait for her with a booby trapped boulder to hit her truck alla Funny Farm . then make a sharp point with the ruined tickets and poke her in the eye 😈
😯 I can’t believe that! Does she have a grudge or something! Definitely try to get the post office to replace those tickets!
i had trouble years ago with the UPS man throwing my meds in the yard with out knocking on the door . They stayed out all day and into the next and were ruined ..3,000 bucks worth that my insurance paid. The compnay i got my drugs from was small and i believe they cancelled thier UPS account because of the many complaints like mine because Fed Ex delivered from that day on
I am going to the main post office tomorrow to talk to someone. Hopefully there is a way to fix my tickets.

I totally agree with frozen. 👿 👿 👿 I’d be sooo mad in your situation. Hope you can get your tickets replaced.
I know if I didn’t go up to the “main” post office here and have them run the delivery confirmation number that the company gave me from ordering T-shirts, I probably would have never seen them.
I hope all goes well and that they post office replaces those tickets at your post ladies $. She KNEW BETTER than to do what she did.
