I took some new pictures of the kitty’s recently and I thought I’d share.

The first ones are of Jasmine (AKA The Evil Simonese Puma Kitty), the rescue kitten we took in last September. Her colors have turned out pretty interesting.

Greykin, one of our Maine Coons.

His brother, Leo.

I was watching a show on Animal Planet recently about dealing with behavior problems in cats. I got an idea from the show that I tried with my guys. Instead of just giving them treats, I hide them all over the house. Cats are hunters and they like to hunt for their food. They love this game! It’s fun watching them hunt for all the goodies. It also extends treat time. Even Leo, the more reserved of the three, really gets into it. If you have cats, give it a try.

What great ideas! Your cats look really mischievous, copper. Especially Jasmine and Leo; Leo looks frisky and Jasmine looks like she wants to be left alone! 😆 I love that you rescued them!

Oh, don’t let the pictures of Jasmine fool you. She’s just recharging. She really quite the little terror. She loves to try to get the other two to play with her. Leo won’t do it, but Greykin will. They go on wild races around the house. It constantly changes as to who’s chasing who.

Copper, where did you get your Maine Coons? I really like Greykin. He reminds me of a long-ago Maine Coon.

We got the boys from a shelter. They had been rescued from near starvation.

Yes, they have been dragon slayers since we got them. Who knew that a 3 foot plush dragon would be such a great cat toy? They still haven’t out grown it.

Oh! Jasmine looks almost just like Cosmos, only Cosmos has white socks. 🙂
