I love peanut butter pie, but unfortunately my dad was the one to always make it, and since I don’t really talk to him anymore….does anybody have a recipe? I know that the recipe calls for mainly cool whip and peanut butter, and it’s supposed to be refrigerated, but that’s all I know!
Edited to add that I have seen a lot of peanut butter pie recipes that say to “Fold in the whipped topping” but the way my dad did it, he would mix the whipped topping and peanut butter together. There might be other ingredients besides peanut butter and whipped topping, but I don’t remember.

Awesome! If he does have the recipe, you should definitely make it and try it because it is the best dessert I have ever had!! In my opinion-even better than cheesecake!!! *YUM* 😀
July 14, 2008 at 7:33 pm #721920Hey Eagle….I use this one, I know the cream cheese sounds wierd but it’s killer!
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Cooking Instructions
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.Spoon into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.
This is a No-bake one, when the say fold in whipped topping they just mean to gently mix it in with a spatula, instead of whisking like crazy, keeps it fluffier……mMMMMMMMMM Peanut Butter…. ::drool::

Ah, ok then! maybe this is it? When it said to fold in the whipped topping it confused me. I’ll try it and see if it’s the one! Thanks! 😀
