The Famous Bubbas Turns 20 !

Most of you may remember Bubbas from my previous posts last year. For those of you who aren’t familiar, I had posted about him when his health was pretty critical and I was having a rough time dealing with it. My sister and I spent over $2,000 trying to get him well again, even though he was 19 years old and had little hope. All the veterinarians couldn’t tell us why he was so sick, just that he was old and his days were basically numbered and to enjoy the little time we had left with him. I even had a “charity auction” for him when I ebayed the Bubbas Dragon that nessiemom won to help cope with the costs.

Well since then, he’s had his good days and his bad and for the most part he’s been acting just like a regular old cat. Though my sister and I have come to grips he won’t be around for much longer he’s still here now and as long as he is happy and not in any pain we won’t give up on him. After a slew of vets telling us they couldn’t help him and to loose all hope I have just one thing to say…

Thank you so much everyone! I don’t know how much longer he will be here, but the fact is, he is here now and has been spoiled rotten for much longer then we could have hoped for 😀
