I apologize if this has been asked or discussed before π³ , but I’m just curiuos how long it will be before they are back in stock. I know the casting department is out of commission for the move as well. How long is that going to be? I’m looking forward to getting more keeper dragons as well π . I hope the issue with the mold has been resolved. I’m going to buy a half dozen of those guys when and if they come out again π .

June 13, 2008 at 3:10 pm #713456Jennifer put this in the announcements since people have only started about 20 topics on the PYO Keepers..

Susie said at least 3 weeks for the move… but getting set up to ship out would take longer…
plus unpacking and setting up… it honestly could be a month or two before regular PYOs are mailed again…
or this could go wonderfully smooth and just 6wks like Emerald said… but nothing ever works out perfectly in the real world
June 13, 2008 at 5:51 pm #713457π³ Sorry, my questions was suppose to be mainly about the regular, already cast pyos anyways, but the topic of the keepers sorta ‘snuck’ in there π³ I know the keeper question had popped up a million times but I was just curious how things were progessing with the move. Sorry. π³
June 13, 2008 at 6:15 pm #713458There is the additional complication that the head caster is not, last I talked to John, moving with the Factory. They will need to train someone to do this and it is an art in of itself and takes a while to learn. Stuff that needs to be cast might take some months.
However, stuff that is already cast (and I understand that they still have stock of many of the PYOs) should be for sale again once they get moved, unpacked, and get shipping running again! π

No kidding! it’s taken me six months and I’m just now getting the hang of moldmaking! π―

I am pretty sure that the pyos that we already have cast will be available soon as we get up there and find the crates they, and the eyes are in. It won’t be too hard to set up a table to glue the eyes in, I wouldn’t think!
Setting up the casting dept. will take a little longer, but I would think this would be our first priority after setting up the shipping dept.,since we can’t start painting again till there is more stuff to paint.
I asked Benz to make a supply of the pyo Keeper molds, so we should be able to start casting those right away.
This, of course, doesn’t answer your question of “when”… because I don’t know! I can’t judge how long this will take.I am as eager as anyone to see the Phoenix, Hippocampus and all the new pyos get going!June 13, 2008 at 6:58 pm #713461I can’t even imagine how monumental the task must be of moving your entire opertion. We finally moved into our ‘big house’ the day before mothers day. The place is still a mess, boxes everywhere. How do we accumulate SO much stuff??!! I shudder to think of having to move a whole business too…*telepathically sends patience to Melody*

June 13, 2008 at 7:05 pm #713463Um…what is a hippocampus? π³ Don’t think I have ever heard of that…
June 13, 2008 at 7:11 pm #713464Its a half horse half fish if I’m not mistaken π .

Ooo!!! I would LOVE to see a PYO like that! Sweet! π
June 13, 2008 at 7:36 pm #713466Me to! I can’t wait to see the pyo pheonix as well. If its going to look like anything like the pictures in Melody’s gallery it’s going to be awsome! I haven’t seen a pyo hippocampus in the works though π . I’m so excited. All kinds of new prettys to look forward to to painting π π π .
