Just thought everyone should see the most recent announcment.

June 6, 2008 at 8:49 pm #711620I just saw that to. I just ordered some pyos recently to, just in the nick of time by the looks of it. I wonder when the casting department will be back up, they were out of dragons and griffins before they did this.

Well that’s what I think, since they can’t glue the custom eyes in anymore is what Melody said 🙂

Oddly enough I got a delivery failure email from Windstone too, but I never tried to email them… ❓
June 7, 2008 at 12:06 am #711625well…that’s interesting for sure…I wonder who we’d need to ask abou the email snafus? I know windstone will make sure everyone’s pyo orders are cared for…but not getting emails can be a bad thing if someone sends you something important…. 😕
June 7, 2008 at 12:23 am #711626I know when I won my baby test paint koi-rin the email that Tom tried to send me failed. He contacted me through ebay to let me know it shipped. Today I tried to send two emails to both Susie’s email and the “service” email and they both came back to me within minutes of being sent. I was using hotmail and have never had problems with it before. 😕
June 7, 2008 at 12:25 am #711627It’s probably a email server problem…not an address problem or anything… I breifly thought they might be changing their email addresses..but that wouldnt make sense. My guess is it’s the server, and windstone staff wouldnt be able to do much about it anyway… 😕

June 7, 2008 at 12:30 am #711630Oh yes servers can be finicky. I have my account set to recieve email notices when I get a PM. Well two days ago I was getting PMs with out the emails. I can’t remember if I got PM emails yesterday or not, but I know it was working properly this morning.
