So.. Windstone is moving.
The servers are moving.
And now… we’re moving!
We put an offer on a condo on Saturday, and the bank just gave us the go ahead.
$210,000!!!!!!!!!
For a one bedroom CONDO!
Alberta is getting friggin’ stupid.
But hey.. we get to be on the 16th floor out of 17, have a nice view of downtown (although it’s NOT downtown thankfully), and I will be 10 blocks from the data center.

Congrats! And Ouch! 😯 $210,000 for a one bedroom? My hubby and I have been looking online at some three and four bedroom houses in the Pensacola, FL, area for that much.

Edmonton has LOTS of mature trees, especially near the river on the North side and even more so on the South side. If you go to Google Earth and look up 99 Street and 51 Avenue you will see what I mean. Rows upon rows of Post-WWII houses with trees 50 years old.
Check this out for trees. This is around our new place.

210 is a joke for Edmonton. Decent houses are 400+, and the other condos in the same building were 260+. We just got lucky, these owners need to sell it seems.
