Those black and tan tabby chicks are very pretty. 🙂 I like all the purple and blue stripey markings on them.
I think I prefer the stripey tan female over the other one. She has nicer shading, and I like that her beak isn’t as yellow as the first one. It’s got a more natural color to me.
Those griffin chicks are some of the best that I’ve ever seen, and I would have loved to have competed for them! 😛 But they’ve gone to an excellent home, and it’s wonderful to see these really nice photos of them. They’re just beautiful! I hope we see more chicks along these lines someday. 🙂

You know, I always wondered that myself!?! They are definatly sloppy splotches on his cheeks. I’ve never seemed to ever see one like mine before, but it looks like that’s the way it came from the factory so many years ago. The paint is a perfect match and it’s under the sealer. It is weird isn’t it??

Mine has that same weird spot on his cheeks too, though it doesn’t stand out quite as much as yours.
