When I first joined this forum, I came across a page that showed (with pictures) the double box method for shipping. For the life of me, I can’t find it and I’d like to show it to someone just to make sure they package something safely.

As for the packing tutorial there are times occasionally when it won’t load. Give it a little while (maybe an hour or so) and it’s usually accessible again.
