        πŸ˜€ Hi all!
I took 2 days off from packing, moving and work to enjoy the outdoors!
I took some pictures of the wildlife I saw while I went in the mountain.

        Enjoy! πŸ˜‰

PS: I’m not done loading the pictures but will get the others soon.

Wonderful shots!! I know you’ve said before but my memory is a sieve lately. Are you using a digital SLR? What kind of lenses? Those are glorious telephoto shots. I wish my camera was a SLR so I could put a telephoto lens on it.

Those are sunsets, unfortunatly I can’t see any sunrise from my place.

But you would not believe what I’m using.
It’s a Canon Powershot S5IS as is, no telephoto lens added.
I used to use a Canon Powershot S3IS but just upgrated alittle to the S5IS.
The deers were close so that is why they turned out so well.
I’m getting better at using it so hopefuly my pictures are going to get as sharp as the flowers I took with my Kodak Easyshare Z712IS (I don’t have that one anymore since there was a defect in the zoom).

Thank you! The moon makes great wallpaper and finding great pictures is actually kinda hard! πŸ™‚

They are great pictures! I love the expressions on the deer – it’s amazing you got those without a telephoto lens!

Great pictures. I love the deer.

Postcard perfect, BDW. Almost makes you feel like you’re actually outside. Those deer aren’t very shy, are they?

They usualy aren’t but because we had so much snow and a long winter this year, they are starving!
You can actualy see the ribs on them, the poor babies. πŸ™ Had I known they were like that and would have gotten so close, I wouild have brought some food for them.

Ahh okay! That’s why I suspected a telephoto lens on an SLR… deer around here, even when starving, are far too skittish to allow a human so close. πŸ™‚
I hate to see them starving. At least things are starting to develop buds and there will be more food for them soon.

                            Great photos!
