Well…yesterday there were a bunch of tornadoes in the area my family is in. Turns out one was across the street from them, and took out the barns across the road. O_O Across the street….Oh…my…that is really really close, scary too, when I think about it too much. Everyone is fine, although their yards are all covered in sheets of roof metal, but I’m just grateful all my loved ones are safe…if a bit shaken. It actually came over into their front yard area…but then went back across the street.
Yeah, really…they were going into the cellar when they saw it across the street….talk about an OH SH!* moment.
I’m glad everyone is okay. Apparently that was the same storm system that gave us a ton of snow here.
WWaaaaay to close for comfort….That’s really scary, apparently there was a whole bunch of tornado damage in the surrounding area. Only three people sent to a hospital for injuries though.
