He’s beautiful, and it’s funny to me how he barely opens his beak compared to some wild birds I see singing.
Thank you, BDW. Ronin is really a pretty bird, and it’s so cute, the way he tucked himself up toward the end.
Wow, Ronin is beautiful! Most of the finches in stores are loud, he was so quiet! It took me a minute to realize he was singing! I’ll bet that’s soothing to listen to.

It is soothing to the ears unlike one of my male canary I used to have. I’m still trying to get a video of my male strawberry finch and my male green singer singing. Problem is evry time I turn to press rec on the camera they stop.

I have cats too and they learned that the cage birds are a NONO. Now they freakout when they see an outdoor bird close to the patio door or a window yet they leave the indoor ones alone… as long that there are bars between them.
