I’ve always noticed the unicorn art prints up on ebay and such. But I bought one years ago from a store that sold windstones… this was waaaay before I even knew what they were. However, my print was framed and colored. Is this some sort of limited edition? Or did someone take the liberty of painting and framing it themselves? Do I have something special?
The store I got it from was an official windstone dealer at the time. It has since gone out of business.
I really want to post a picture to show everyone what I’m talking about.. but I don’t know how to do that.
Here’s a picture of my print.. hope it works!

Sweet! Thanks for you help.March 28, 2008 at 1:25 pm #684208I spotted a colored one like that for sale on eBay yesterday. 🙂 So they’re out there, though I have no idea how many? ❓
March 28, 2008 at 1:35 pm #684209I usually prefer the classic elegance of a pure black-and-white, but that is really nicely done! I’m impressed. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Yeah, I spotted that one and put a bid in. I am not a huge print person, though.
March 28, 2008 at 3:50 pm #684211I have on the way a colored print of the lion, tiger, cat print and the dragon, wizard, griffin print. I found them on ebay a couple weeks ago for $9.99 BIN so I snapped them up. 😀
I will have 6 of them when they get here.
Melody said they were sold in black and white and some colored ones too. So, I figure they all might have their own amounts of colored numbers and black and white numbers. I only have 2 that are black and white though…I like them better, but I am not a big primary color type of person. 😕March 28, 2008 at 5:43 pm #684212Interesting. I’ve looked at ebay on and off trying to find others. Obviously, I haven’t looked at the right times!
I like black and white prints too. But after only seeing those types all the time, it’s nice to see something in color.
Thanks for you input!
March 28, 2008 at 5:51 pm #684213They come up only once in a while. I bet there are hidden auctions out there too.
March 28, 2008 at 6:05 pm #684214Yep. I search 6 different terms to find them… 😈

Here’s a picture of my print.. hope it works! Can you tell if the prin is really painted, or is it printed with color? We did both. The hand colored ones were special. They were sold already framed in in oak frames and were more expensive than the printed color or black and white prints.
