One package of Lumpia wraps. (I found it in the freezer section)
2 large carrots, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1.5 lbs chicken, (or pork, or shrimp) diced.
approx 2 tsp minced garlic (Powder can be used too).
salt and pepper to taste.
Cook chicken, and chop up into tiny peices. Mix all ingredients together (Except Lumpia) and wrap according to directions. Fry in oil till golden brown, flipping once. They cook fast!
