Well, I was the hig bidder for the test paint of the Barred Wing Tan Male Griffin for a few hours anyway…. I know I won’t be able to get him but it was sure fun to dream for awhile, especially after all of the crap at the boys school today! Good Luck to whoever is bidding! I hope he stays in the ‘family’!

I feel your sorrow- that is the only test paint gryphon I’ve liked! It’s beautiful! But I just don’t have the extra money to compete for it. Maybe if a member wins they can share photos so I can drool 😛

Good luck! I was high bidder on both for a little while (not at the same time, though! Can’t afford that!) but got outbid on both.

Oh well. I’ve got some awesome pieces just the same. 🙂

They’ve been going for around $300-310. Except GS male #1 and BDW and I got into a bid war over him. I won’t be participating in this auction so you are all safe from me. 😆

I’m really surprised the OW special paints aren’t going for more. I thought for sure the would be at least 450!

Are they running low? I’m not well versed in OW sale prices. I know I got a great price on the Graphite OW especially for a prototype. I have 3 OWs now but only room to display one until I get a new case. 😥

What do the special OW usually run for? And does the low price on these have anything to do with the fact they will be a standard production color?

I’m not sure, but the special pieces aren’t going for much over the production piece price. Don’t the OW ususally sell for $300 production price?
The last OW didn’t sell for much over that.

Looks like they sell for $260 in the store. That last Test paint Griff just went for over $500 though. I’m glad I got the ones I wanted early on.
