Will there be any more brown lap dragons made? Just wondering if they’re still up pictured in the store but out of stock if that means they’ll be more. Also hoping for the curlies to be back in stock soon!

But, I’m thinking that there probably won’t be anymore. Those were signed with COA. Windstone isn’t really offering anymore signed LP stuff in the store, besides the Poads(tm).
I think those brown Laps were around for quite a while before they sold out. Not sure though. There are still a whole bunch of brown Scratchers left. He isn’t getting as much love as the other browns did for some reason. 😆
I’m still hoping for a pink Lap someday.
February 27, 2008 at 2:57 pm #669930Unfortunately by the time I realized there was an online store and found him he was sold out 🙁 Maybe someone will sell one… I’m just impatient lol
February 27, 2008 at 3:17 pm #669931I know what you mean! 😆
Good luck in finding a brown Lap. I’m sure one will pop up sooner or later.
February 27, 2008 at 4:27 pm #669932Yes, the likelihood of us seeing more LP old brown laps is pretty low. Like travistie said, they are no longer making signed Limited Edition pieces, and those laps were in the store for over a year. Compared to other things (that sell out in 30 minutes sometimes!) they are in very very low demand. 😉

My art: featherdust.comFebruary 27, 2008 at 4:53 pm #669933That’s true, but it also seems like collectors are getting more enthusiastic compared to a year ago. I think we tend to compete with each other just a little bit, in terms of, “Uh-oh, Brown Laps are getting low, I’d better nab one now!” And then five other people think the same thing, and bang, they’re sold out. Whereas the Brown Scratcher still has plenty in stock at the moment, and it’s easier to put off buying him in favor of all the other equally cool stuff that’s available on a more limited basis. And sometimes that backfires. I know I delayed on the Brown OW until suddenly it was too late, and now I kick myself. 😳
It’s an expensive hobby. Sometimes it’s hard to choose which Windstone to buy. But the flip side of that coin is that whichever one is chosen will be a beautiful addition to the collection. 🙂
February 27, 2008 at 5:26 pm #669934Id like a brown lap, too, but I will have to wait till after the move. 🙁

Since the Old Brown Lap was one of the signed limited production pieces, she is now sold out and won’t be produced again.
February 28, 2008 at 3:17 pm #669936That stinks. Oh well better be off to buy a brown scratcher ASAP before he’s gone too lol
February 28, 2008 at 5:46 pm #669937I don’t think you need to worry about rushing to get a brown Scratcher. There are over 40 of them in stock… and that has been for quite a while!
Anyone know when the gold Laps were added to the store? I know they’ve been in there for a while… but has it been a year, or more already? There are 20 of them in stock now.

30 minutes! I’m guessing that’s the curlies (and probably the Keepers?). T_T; Ah, and I’m at work all day…woe is me.
