It seems to be common practice to offer pieces up for sale here, before placing them on e-bay, so here is my first PYO: “Ancient Forest #1”
I think $65.00 is a fair place to start, which will include shipping within the continental US. I’ll be happy to ship elsewhere, but I’ll need to find out the rates and apply the difference between that and shipping within the continental US to the winning bid.
The Dragon will be double boxed with the same packing materials I received my PYO in from Windstone (this is a given around here, right? π )
Please PM me with offers and/or any questions. I will accept bids until Sunday (Feb 3) evening.
This Dragon was painted with the idea that he lives in an ancient forest, with greenish tones and bark/wood for the outer scales. Overall I like how he turned out, but I will be making some changes to this color scheme in future PYO’s. His undercoat was painted with an airbrush and the detailing was done with a brush. I also used interference paint over the green areas.

February 5, 2008 at 8:17 am #660098Congrats, emerald!
February 6, 2008 at 6:31 pm #660099I got him today, safe and sound. He’s very pretty and goes well with all my other PYO dragons. (They all have some sort of green in them. That’s my requirement for PYO dragons.) Even the hubby said he was pretty when I showed him, as he headed out the door to work this morning. He doesn’t like many, so that’s a good compliment. π

February 6, 2008 at 11:45 pm #660103I’m very glad to hear he is being enjoyed in his new home. I can’t wait to finish the dragons I am working on, so I can make a few more Ancient Forest dragons. π
