My eyes! My eyes! Oh my eyes!
Ahhhh!!! My Butternut and Black Peacock Poads™ arrived today. I opened Butternut first and finally learned what the Poad™ cards are youve been talking about. My metallic blue one never came with one a while back. However, Ms. Butternut does not have her hang tag!
What is worse is that when I opened my Blk Peacock Poad™, who was squeaking quite loudly, when I opened her, she had no eyes! Weird and SO sadly pathetic (shut up DM, I hear you chuckling! 🙂 ) We looked all over the plastic and the box (but the Poad™ wasnt much help, she kept bumping into pillows with a heart wrenching muffled beak-squeak) and they werent in there, so she left the factory with no eyes.
So, not only am I dying for her eyes, but Id love to have the Metallic Blue’s Poad™ card so I can learn more about them as a species. The last line of each tells a special aspect about Poads™. Needless to say, my Ms Blk Peacock is so nervous without her eyes, that she’s been sh*tting diamonds… oops oops, what a minute, I can see from here she has moved onto poopin’ emeralds now. Well, she does have a great cut and clarity! Only Black Poad™ owners will understand what I mean.
Anyway, I emailed Susie, but for now, send my poor blind Poadster™ some healing and calming love. Pathetic thing can scare the hair off a cat at the moment and if she didnt have a top coat, Im sure her feathered hair would be ruffled and shedding.

OMG!!! I’m guessing that Susie and Melody will be horrified to hear this! I’m sure they’ll help you out on both counts! It is sooo unusual for something to get out of the factory in that condition! 😯 😯 poor Poad!
Oh no!!!! 🙁 That poor little Poad(tm)! I wonder how she slipped through without getting any eyes.
I can just imagine this poor little thing bumping into things as she’s trying to walk around.I’m sure they’ll hook you up with a set of eyes right away.
Not knowing the whole poad ™ story maybe she is a special, all wise, knowing poad ™ who doesn’t need her eyes? She sees with her inner eye. A lot of fantasy stories will have a character physically blind who sees more than anyone else. Maybe you got the poad ™ seer!

Ohh that is sad… 🙁 I’m sure she won’t be bling forever…Melody will get her all fixed up, just let Susie know.

ROFLMAO,no eyes heheheWhoops! I guess they were so eager to reach you that Ms. Butternut ran out the door incompletely clad, and Ms. Peacock forgot her eyes! 😉 How embarrassing! I’m glad that you have forgiven them their absentmindedness and welcomed them to their new home. No doubt their missing personal effects will be arriving in the mail before long. 🙂
