Blowing Snow and not so smart drivers...

Welcome to Amarillo… it does Snow here but yet when it does it seems that MOST forget HOW to drive in it… 🙄

The Driver of the White SUV is blocking traffic…

*when taking these pictures I just held up the camera and hoped that it was a good shot…

I watched people go through red lights when they DID have the distance and time to stop for them… 🙄

There is possiblely a 200 car pile up on I 40 where it splits for the 287 highway. Simis on top of cars and such… 🙁

I haven’t gone outside at all today…and I’m glad….

I hate when people around here try to drive in winter…it’s bad enough they can’t drive when it rains

I didn’t hear about the accident…but I hardly ever turn on the news here anyway…

it’s all biased…and usually wrong..

Thats no lie about the news. I heard about the accident from my ex mother in law that has another son that lives in Claude, he was on his way home and saw the accident.

I am pet setting for my aunt so I kinda had to get out. I took it nice and slow and stayed away from the idiots. 🙄 So many people were running red lights… driving faster than need be… 🙄

yup that’s normal…it’s supposed to get up to 50 today or tomorrow…

We finally got hit with the big storm we’d been promised. Pics were taken at dusk and it was still snowing. Sunny and cold today with another storm on the way tonight.

I love it when everything looks like that, ice covered everything is also very pretty…. Until you have to go out in it.

I actually like snow. There are alot of days here that I could get to work faster by strapping on my cross country skiis.

I wish I took a camera with me to work when we got that last storm, it was so pretty coming down. But, the snow was mixed with ice so it hurt, once I was in the bus shelter I stayed there.
