Hi Melody! Happy holidays!
No rush, or pressure, but I was wondering if somewhere on your list, if you have a slot to replenish the store with Female Brown Griffins? I have the chicks and wasnt planning on the female, but seeing as the brown and pearl chicks are being raised in a alternative family with 2 dads (tan and striped tan males), they might need some estrogen balance to steady their rowdy ways! πThank you!

AND what is wrong with being raised by 2 dads??December 16, 2007 at 5:06 am #647495Nothing. Just boys can be rowdy and I want the chicks exposed to some opera and not just all football π

No rush. I know you have more pressing pieces to do. Just was wondering if theyd ever come back in stock. But by your reaction, Id say they are somewhere on your large to do list which is fine with me. I could do with sitting on my hands a bit π
And DM, just to drive home my point, I have lots of friends in tons of different alternative lifestyles, so my comment had no slander in it whatsoever. I accept everyone’s way of living as long as theyre not hurting others or themselves.
December 17, 2007 at 5:09 am #647498PT, have a mother gryphon from a residential neighbor come visit the dad’s chicks every now and then :3
December 17, 2007 at 5:22 am #647499^^^ π My other females have no problem chick sitting when a game is on… or Harry Potter!

My poor stripey-wing brown male gryphon has been wondering if he’ll ever find THE ONE. I keep promising him that good things come to those who wait, but… he’s getting itchy and eyeing my Pearl female. π
Windstone collector in remission. π
December 17, 2007 at 4:32 pm #647505I think my stripey male griffin (Toffey) is going to share the brown mama griffin (whom I have yet to name, thinking Cocoa to keep with the dessert theme) with Creme Brulee (brown non-stripey male). I’m not going to have room for another family in the display case. Maybe a couple stripey chicks though. π

Well, the other females *do* have lives of their own and their own chicks to look after so they only chick sit once in a blue moon. The males are good papas and not absent. They enjoy the time spent with their chicks but even they squeak for a permanent gal friend (they dont like to impose on the other mamas) to take over the rowdy griffin chick ways and give them a break more than theyve been getting.PURPLECAT– hehe! Thank you π I try. Usually I flop but sometimes it gets received as it was meant to be! Glad you caught it!
