when people stop by the wharehouse, is ok for people to just drop in? or should they call first?

(silly question i know, but my mom and sis happen to be down in that area today and will leave tomorow. T_T I will i could have gone.)

We discourage drop-ins, just because we may not be there! Also, we are really, really busy this time of year, and may not have time to visit! If we know you are coming we try to make time, or choose a time when we got a few extra minutes..

Yeah, I wondered this myself because I’m only in Cali for sure once a year…
…though I’ll be in Cali next week because of a random “hi we’re going!” thing >.>

is this only for your california office or will it be the same when you move to oregon?

So can we call a few days in advance or the same day, what works best for you folks.

(we booked hotel rooms in anaheim sooo it looks like we are going, although I wont believe it until we get there, LOL)

i rarely go down there….but my sis who was working on a ship needed a ride home last minute, so it was literaly just this morning we found out mom would be going to LA….and it made me wonder what is preference for visiting.
i’ve not been to LA in 5 years.

It’s always best to ask if you can visit at least a few days in advance. The Windstone factory IS a factory as those of you that have gone know, and though they do welcome visitors when they have time to show you around, it’s not like a store that is open to the public. πŸ˜‰ Asking to visit is not only courteous but will make sure that if possible they will make time to actually let you in and show you around! I would never drop in on anyone unannounced, it just seems rude to me. πŸ˜‰

It would be best to always call first, to see if it is ok to come by. We may be in the middle of some kind of disaster, and not be presentable for company. Not that we ever have disasters, or anything….
