I found this thread from long ago (good god, it’s hard to believe I’ve been on this forum for that long).

Windstone fan-art is, as I understand it, technically not allowed to be published (that is, posted anywhere publicly).
When I say “fan art” I mean any artwork that is done with a Windstone sculpt or artpiece as a reference (such as a drawing of a Male Dragon, for example), or any artwork done in the ‘style’ or look of a Windstone. This is just because Windstone owns a trade dress on all their pieces and that protects not only the actual sculptures, but their ‘look’, or style if you will.
