Hi Melody,
Just curious. Are all the jewels in the various sculpts from Swarovski? I have noticed that in some places it is specified and others not.

That is, unless they are REAL gems. Jennifer often puts the real thing in her pieces.November 14, 2007 at 10:10 pm #636562LOL….I just pretend I spell it right….
and it’s hard to find those little boogars around here….
this place has nothing…. 👿
November 14, 2007 at 11:44 pm #636563Sometimes Michaels has Swarovski crystals, limited sizes and colors, but they are usually very expensive! I found a place online where they have every color and size and shape, ones for decent prices. jewelrysupply.com

that’s cool…I’ll look at that one….michaels is always over priced….and the ones they have are flat backed…and those are crap….
I used them but I’d rather have the pointy back ones I’d be less afraid of them coming off
November 15, 2007 at 1:09 am #636565When they sometimes fall out of the pyos I can barely keep hold of the little buggers…I dont know how they manage at the factory, it takes me thirty minutes to put the darn thing back in. 🙄

Really? I have no problem putting them in.
November 15, 2007 at 1:12 am #636567I guess I’ve gotten lucky. I haven’t had a PYO lose its jewel yet *knocks on wood*

Ditto here.
My ruby mother was missing her small jewel. Susie sent me one and I don’t recall having a hard time putting it in.
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

Yes Michaels here has SOME swarovski crystals but not a lot or any that are “gem” shaped… I found some that are flat backed… a few sizes but not a lot in color choise… I bought a bag of five differnent colors with 22 pieces for $4.00. 🙄
Yeah, this place doesn’t carry anything COOL… hints there isn’t a place here that carries Windstones.
November 15, 2007 at 3:23 am #636572yeah….the flat backed ones are the ones I drop…I don’t have problems putting them in the windstones….but finding them in the carpet if I happen to drop one…..
the pointy backed ones are easier to handle to me….
but I don’t want to have to order 100’s of them just to get one or two….
November 15, 2007 at 4:44 am #636573we have hard wood floors… so finding those that have dropped isn’t too bad UNLESS the cats saw it drop! lol then it is a fight for a crystal! LOL
