Today I got a cute little female grebil for my girls. But I have no name at this time.
She is little (for now) and very cute!
Any Ideas???? 😛
I kinda like gerbils! They remind me of squirrels. 🙂
I see you’ve got him on cedar chips/shavings/bedding. Just some friendly advice- I’d switch to something like Carefresh or Aspen bedding as soon as you can. Cedar can cause respiratory distress, skin allergies, and can be a carcinogen for small animals. 😯Here are some great links!

My art: featherdust.comDarn, Nam beat me to the cedar comment. I always favored the aspen. She’s cute, how bout Blaze? she has a little white blaze on her head.
She is tanish/grayish. White across her shoulder and a little strip from her shoulders going to that blaze. OH and a cute little white PUFF at the end of her tail! 😉
I know about the chips… I was in a hurry with two little girls (8 and 6) wanting everything in the freakin store so I just grabed and ran. RATS! I’ll get the good stuff tomorrow and stuff the ceder into nice little cloth bags and hang it in my closet! LOL
I like gerbils better than hamsters. I have been bittin by hamsters, but not as of yet by a gerbil.
They had a nice selection of little creaters to get. They had hedge hogs! I haven’t ever had one of those so I desided to stick with what I know! 😉
I like gerbils… they’re cuter than hamsters and don’t stink like mice. I don’t have a name suggestion though… gerbils in my family are all called “Dinner” :twisted:.

Thanks for the links! I had to refresh my memory on a few things, mainly the fresh treat and foods you can give them in small amounts! 🙂
