Hello everyone! This is my first posting here, but I have read many of your postings and find you all to be very helpful to each other. My wife has a full colleciton of the white unicorns and lovingly has them on display. I know that she would love the black collection, but is not holding her breath. I am a Soldier in Iraq and would love to find them (or some of them) for her as a thank-you for everything that she has had to go through with me being gone. I know that this is probably a long shot, but if anyone has or knows of any that are for sale, I really would love to talk with you. Be assured that my wife would be caring for them as she cares for the ones that she has already. (I’m not even allowed to dust them!) Thank you all! 😀
Welcome, good luck finding the unicorns. I can’t help you since I don’t have any anymore. But, they do come up for sale every once in a while. 😀
Welcome Galindog, and thank you for serving our country. My husband is also a Soldier in Iraq right now. If you keep an eye out on eBay you can occasionally find the Black Unicorns popping up. As it approaches Christmas you will sometimes see them more often. Does your wife like pegasus (winged horses) as well as unicorns? Most of the white pegasus family has been retired, but Windstone is offering them in a Limited Production of Black from the online store.

Welcome. I am also trying to find the black Young and Grand. If I see any then I will let you know. But mostly they pop up on ebay.
I Have a black mother unicorn. It had paint chips, but I touched them up and she looks mint now. If you are interested, let me know. Also, there are quite a few on Ebay right now.

GALINDOG- welcome to the forum! As some have already said, there are several black unicorns up on eBay right now. I’ll link some of them here for you:
I dont see any in the stores on eBay that typically sell Windstones at a BIN (Buy It Now) price and theyre usually more money. They certainly do pop up here in the flea market and yes, as you can see, they rear up on eBay. Holidays coming, more Windstones all the way around will surface either here but definitely eBay. Good luck with your quest and with some patience, you will find them (though not the Grand Unicorn as only 18 were made Ive been told, and if you DID find one, youd pay into the thousands for it).

Good luck with the black unicorns. Everyone is right though… Ebay is the place to look for them. The male black unicorn is my favorite, though I don’t own him yet. I’ve been wanting to get one… but haven’t gotten around to him yet. There is a nice one on Ebay right now as PT pointed out. He won’t be getting any bidding action from me though. I’m sadly broke at the moment 😆
