Ebay has changed some of it’s practices. After a bid goes over a certain amount, the bidders ids become private. Only the bidders and sellers can see it. I guess a lot of people were being offered stuff outside of Ebay for cheaper prices.

I hope that is what it is, but it looks like it could be bid shilling. I dunno. If it’s a true bid though, best luck to the seller. I also agree with the rest of you – too rich for my wallet.
