I asked this seller if they would double box and combine shipping and this was their answer:

I do not have enough boxes to double box each item though I will combine shipping. I have packaged
and shipped hundreds of delicate porcelain items without double boxing and have never had a problem.Thank you,

Shrugs…I’m not really a big fan of the gargoyles but thank you for the warning, I always check just in case it’s something I had plans to get! THanks! 😀
I do not live very far from there. If there is something you really want I would be willing to pick it up and see that it is packed and shipped properly.

Well, of course you all know this, but when a seller uses that argument, tell them that porcelains are totally different! They are very light in weight,and are relatively easy to hold in place in a package. Remind them that the weight of these Windstones is what needs to be taken into consideration, as well as the fragility. Good argument. I think I will use it next time cause it isn’t the only time that someone has said this. Thanks. 😀I purchased a wizard mouse from dwaer(seller) awhile back and although she did not double box she did pack and bubble wrap it very well and it arrived in one piece. That is a small piece I don’t know how well she does with a large one such as the wizard.
