Oh no, I’m so sorry that happened to him! I would have been heartbroken to find that too. Was he packed well by the seller? Was the box all dented too?

Oh, that poor griffin! This seems to happen way, way too often.

I asked the seller to pack him well and I think he tried…the griffin was double boxed and there was no dents at all on the box. He was buuble wrappped(just once tho) and covered with stirofoam nuts…I dunno how this happened but i am so bummed out right now, I litterly feel like crying, I was so wxcited about getting him, he’s my very first griffin 😥

Aww, what a shame! Although there are many pieces, at least you managed to save them all. It shouldn’t take much more than glue and a few paint touch-ups to make him look good again. Good luck to you in repairs! I’d be happy to help if you’d like a hand.

So sorry for you. I am always so nervous when opening dragons for the first time. Did you get insurance? I hope you can get him fixed. 🙁

I know… 😥 Unfortunatly I think it’ll take a bit more than that to fix him…he is missing some pieces and I wouldn’t even know hwere to start… 🙁

🙁 That is a real shame. It seems like the black griffins can’t seem to get to their new owners in one piece lately.

Well, I’m gonna triple box your pearl griffin when he’s ready to ship to you. I have both his original boxes and packing. I’m gonna keep him in them just like I got him from the factory, and then put him in another box with lots of packing materials so he’s snug and doesn’t move.

Thank you…That should keep him safe from any damage for sure, also I would really appreciate that, after seeing the black griffin in person i really like the griffins, I just hope that I can somehow manage to fix this guy up maybe with some help…

Judging from the repair pictures of another black griffin Kyrin fixed… I think she might be your best bet for help on this one.

Awww…thanks for that. I am sure I can fix this, it isn’t nearly as bad as Pegasi’s griffon.

Thanks…Yeah that crossed my mind already…I think I’m just really worried to send him back out again, just incase something happens again.. 😕
