Sorry I do not know how to post links yet but I just found this listing on e-bay 260150051935 it is 1 of the circle of cats listed as a Windstone but it says it’s made out of bronze. Did you ever cast out of bronze?? It says it could have come from an older sculpture?? What is that about??

I thought the same thing but it says Bronze?? Could it be a knock off or does the seller need to be educated??

How do you post links?? I could not figure out what to copy to get it here

You copy the address bar. Where it says “http://www” at the top? You see it? Just highlight that, copy and paste, with whatever you are looking at.

Looks like a real Windstone to me. I think the seller just needs to be “ejumacated.”

I wonder why they would say bronze. The sculpture looks nothing like bronze and dosen’t have the weight of bronze. Or the feel…

Maybe they just don’t know how to describe the color.?

Maybe they were referring to the color. It’s a regular circle of cats.
There have been a couple varieties of knock offs of that design though, so beware.

That would be my thought. The actual brown color is only a hop-skip-and-jump from bronze. Old bronze. And referring to something as being “bronze” when it is merely similarly colored is defendable, though clearly deceptive.

I worry about the “Probably patterned after an older sculpture.” Has it actually been bronzed? Is it a knock off?
