Neptune Emperor

Here’s the description copied from the gallery:

Surprise!
His name is a little silly, but that’s what I called him when I started him and it stuck. His name refers to his colors- I wanted him to be ocean colors, though the planet works too. There is actually NO purple on this guy- it’s a funny periwinkle blue that photographed poorly. He was done with an airbrushed base coat, and all his details paintbrush painted on. Most of his coloration was archived not with paints, but special powdered pigments which make him very metallic. He shimmers and shifts colors subtly as you walk around him! He has aluminum leafed claws, and a labradorite in his forehead and special green sparkle ‘invisible magic’ paint. 🙂

I only put the ‘invisible’ paint on some of his scales. You can only really see the green sparklies in strong or sunlight outdoors.

This is my FIRST large dragon and he’s been a learning experience.

So I’m asking you guys… what is your dream coloration on an emperor? Excluding existing Windstone paint schemes of course. I’m gathering ideas for ones I will do in the future… 🙂
