White Sale & other Windstones *PHOTOS*

Okay, so I have good news and bad news involving the large lot of white dragons I won a week or so back. Since the bad news is primarily on my end I’ll start with that. Yea, the Emperor made it, but most definatly had some pre existing damage that was badly repaired *grumble* There was one HUGE box and then lots of little boxes combined in two seperate big boxes. So I “assumed” The big box had the Emperor in it. HAH! Wrong! I couldn’t believe it didn’t break in the box it was stuffed in. I thought it was the scratcher at first! It managed with just a tiny chip on one of the horns aside from the bad repair job on the tail. *sigh* Time to call Melody for some repair paint!

The Lap had some pretty bad rub marks on his tail which I’m hoping will clean off when I have more time to dedicate to him. Thankfully, other then that all the other dragons escaped in really good condition. BUT! They are FILTHY!! I can’t believe how nice they photographed. I actually got a bloddy nose from all the sneezing and dust while cleaning them. The male and mother and young were the worst!!! *cough, wheeze* They were literally dark grey & brown with old dirt in all the crevaices. Blah!! I have to clean them again because they still look dirty to me.

So here’s what I have. I haven’t given the Mother, Male or the Young a really good (100% inspection yet since they still need to be cleaned more, but so far the and the Scratcher & the Fledgling look really good. The Hatchling is already called for and is going to siberakh for winning the auction for me =) So here we go…

The Scratcher is lot lighter then mine so I’m guessing he’s the lighter of the whites. He seems mint to me from what I can tell, but has no tag and the felt pad is kinda yucky. It’s not discolored or anything ,it just has some of those “pills” like an sweater gets. The logo stamp is still vibrant though.

The Male (other then still being pretty filthy) also appears mint. Again, the felt pad is pretty gross, and has pills and is dirty around the edges. No tag either. He seems to be cleaning up nicely though. He’s kind of weird because he seems to have alot eeper detail then mine so he must be a casting from a new mold or something.

The Fledgling looks great, he’s clean and nice, but no tag. He’s actually probably the best dragon out of the whole lot as far as condition goes with the Scratcher close behind.

The Mother needs to be cleaned some more, but she is VERY off in color compared to the rest. ALOT of gold accents and airbrushing. Alot more then the rest anyway. So far I haven’t noticed any damage, just (yet again) another dirty felt pad with some of the the Windstone logo worn off in the center of it.

More stuff I have for sale is my Spirit Wolf Candlelamp which is Brand new and never used in the box still with the votive and candle. I have the mother and young in peacock which each have a flea bite or two, but I may just keep them since I doubt I’d get much for them. I’m still routing through boxes so I may add some more stuff soon.

PM with any offers or just post them here if you want. I don’t need any PYOs or trades at the moment since I’m trying to get rid of stuff. The only thing I have really been looking for is damaged griffins or spectrals for some repaint projects I’ve been wanting to work on. Damaged Large Bired Winged Flap cats too maybe, but that’s a longshot.

More scumminess, he was the nastiest of them all, so you can even see the dark areas in the full shots. Mostly his tail and left side. It’s like severly settled dust in between his scales that may come out with a cleaner, but I used water and a stiff paint brush with no luck. I was afraid of damaging the paint.

Young
This IS NOT the Young dragon from the auction, but MINE instead. I noticed that his horns were chipped in 2 spots so I am offering my Young instead, which is very clean and in MINT condition. He doesn’t have a tag, or a box though. If anyone wants the damaged one instead PM me and let me know. The damage is very minimal and I can probably fix it. Again, the one in the 3 photos below is mint.
