I can tell you what happened. The horn came off at one point and they didn’t see that the base of the horn has a “key” to show what direction is up when putting it in the hole and just stuck it in. I can do the same thing with my black male unicorn.
So it’s fixable? Because otherwise the thing wouldn’t qualify as being in “great condition.”
If it’s glued in, there is a good risk of breaking the gypsum around the horn if you try to pull it out again. Depends on what kind of glue the seller used.

Mine busted off like that, and took a little gypsum with it. It was ok because I just glued it back on… the correct way. If gypum breaks off on this one, you would have a little worse repair.
after I inquired about the horn the seller added this to his auction:
‘On Jun-26-07 at 05:22:17 PDT, seller added the following information:
After looking at the unicorn carefully, I’ve noticed that the horn is loose and looks like it has been repaired before.’

If it’s not glued (i.e. loose) then there is hope for an easy repair/reversal without breakage. 🙂 At least in theory.
