Ok, I was at Monterey this weekend and found some retired Windstones. The last time I was there was three years ago and I bet they are the same ones I saw last time, kept up on the little second floor where noone really goes and all 🙁 . Anywho, these guys range from good shape too bad shape so you just need to ask the store. I will tell you what I know.
A couple Emporers in Emerald-looked to be in good shape.
2 or 3 Emporers in Peacock-looked likes chips on them bad big chips on one of them.
2 Laps in Emerald-good shape, didn’t see any chips.
2 Sun dragons-1 has toe chip and missing orb, other looked good.
A few Fathers and Mothers in Emerald and Peacock-didn’t really look them over.
1 Peacock Old Warrior-front toes broke on one side, couldn’t see the rest.
As for prices, you just have to ask. The first day I went in there i wanted the 1 Oriental they had and it was marked $93.00 but he was missing his orb, so I asked if they were going to mark it down for me and the lady said he was already marked down for that. So, I went back the next day and talked to someone else and they gave him to me for $80.00. Go figure! Anyways, the first lady had told me they had talked to Windstone and made the appropriate mark downs already but the prices still seemed high for what they had and the condition they were in. Just give a call and maybe you will get a better price.
The place is Harbor House In Monterey on Fishermans Wharf. There number is 831-372-4134. They said they will ship.

Do you know what they wanted for the broken Sun dragon? I guess I could call. I don’t have any play money for another week anyway.

Would you happen to remember the prices on the emperers, I need a peacock one, but I also wnated to know if the emerald ones have the orange eyes, if so I might be interested in getting one of those too.

I think the prices were like $260.00 or something. I didn’t see any with orange eyes or I would have bought it. 😀
Tried calling them this morning (3-4 am) to be exact and the lady said she was by herself as to call back at a later time.
I fell asleep and didn’t wake up until 9 am so…. 6pm there. Rats. Hope there’s still two dragons left. I’ll have to try again today after work.
lol, sounds a little funny.. i tried calling too and there were two women there- didn’t speak the best english-and said they were busy and they’d call me back… haven’t heard a thing…… i wonder if they are getting wise to the sudden interest and will end up taking stock of the phone calls and the requested pieces and price them accordingly if you know what i mean… since they have a history of varying their prices….hmmmm.
Weird…I didn’t have too much of a problem calling them. She did have to call the owner a few times and call me back but I did get my order placed.
