It seems a little pale for me taste, though that may just be the flash. But even so, the painting skill is excellent, as usual. 😀

My art: featherdust.comThere’s antiquing in a really pale gold but it really doesn’t show well, not even in person…I’m still trying to get antiquing to look the way I want on lighter pieces. I haven’t had any trouble on darker pieces (easy…use black!) so I think it’s just that I have a hard time figuring what colors to antique with on the lighter pieces. I’m hoping to have it figured out soon….grrrrr…
Man you have been busy, Purplecat! I like them all.
But this one is really nice. If I wasn’t broke and already expecting a griffon soon, I’d buy this one.
But I’m on a buying moratorium until I sell some things.
Anyone want a taxidermically stuffed wood duck on some driftwood? Trade?

My art: featherdust.comShe’s very pretty. I woulda made an offer, but hubby would probably have a fit after the other two griffs (and goldfish). I’m gonna have to sneak them in. He’s more of a production dragon fan… he’s OK’d me getting a brown OW, but isn’t thrilled about PYOs. 🙄

The tail isn’t really messed up, it was just out of position when I snapped the pic.

Hmm, I really like the mounts with the wings out but he’s not too bad! I can’t dive in at the moment though as I might be fostering a parrot for someone, just found out tonight (this, unfortunately, costs me a bit) . 🙁
