Ok, the antiquing tips helped a lot, particularly adding water to the gel. The second side wasn’t as much of a mess and luckily, it’s the display side!
Mmmm… He’s still got some gunk on his eye.And with the rest of the gang. The only thing missing is an orange-eyed wolf…

I didn’t forget, but I thought he had so much gold, it might be too much??? You think he should have it?

there is not that much gold in the face. most of it is near the bottom. i think it would be fine just around the eyes. you dont even need to totally go around the eyes. maybe jsut gold eye brows! (ok, that was corny, dont do the eyebrows)
